Phase 1
Property Purchase

Purchase Price
$ 1.5 million

The initial phase of our plan involves acquiring the property, including its buildings and 5.8 acres of land. With almost six acres of land, King’s has plenty of space to grow and explore creative opportunities to maximize the potential of the extra area. The property features three structures: two are currently operational with utilities in use, while the third is an empty shell that can be customized to meet our needs and preferences.

The 2-acre parking lot has already been flattened, graded, and graveled, providing ample space for at least 250 cars. This area is perfect for hosting events, accommodating vendors, and creating an inviting atmosphere for the community. Conveniently located along Middletown Rd, it sees a daily traffic count of over 10,000 vehicles.

Phase 2
Building Renovations

Estimated Costs
$ 685,000

Main Auditorium

  • Auditorium Seating for 300 +

  • HVAC System

  • Men’s & Women’s Restrooms

  • Brand New Cafe

  • Sound Booth & Stage

  • Carpet in Main Auditorium

  • Nursery / Family Room

Generations Building

  • Space for up to 175 youth/kids

  • Men's & Women's restrooms

  • Larger Classroom for Toddlers and Pre-K

  • New Classrooms

  • Production Crow’s Nest

  • HVAC System

  • Office Spaces

  • Flooring/Carpeting

Creating auditorium spaces within the Generations and Main Auditorium buildings, we aim to accommodate a total of almost 500 individuals. Modern men and women’s restrooms for both buildings (Generations and Main Auditorium). Creating space for nursing mothers and families to care for children while still having access to services. Versatile classrooms on the 2nd level for life groups, workshops, or conferences. Office space for administrative and stewardship teams. A fully functional café serves as a welcoming space to grab a coffee, gather with friends, hold life groups, or discuss team vision. It is an incredibly valuable environment for fostering healthy relationships, discovering shared interests, and engaging in meaningful conversations.

Phase 3
Future Projects

Estimated Costs
$ 725,000

  • Indoor Atrium

  • Outdoor Seating Areas

  • Paved Parking Lot

  • Landscaping

  • Parking Light Posts

  • Playground

  • Outdoor Walking Path

An indoor atrium would serve as a welcoming lobby for church attendees arriving for services. This versatile space can also be utilized for hosting events, conferences, or as an overflow area. Paving the parking lot with freshly painted spaces creating sufficient lighting throughout, and planting trees and shrubs will create a welcoming environment. Developing outdoor seating areas for each building, and a secure playground for children will boost community interaction and draw families.  A walking path around the property. The property includes the structure of a third building, which we can adapt based on our creativity and needs.
